Typically, yes. We usually require proven experience building similar projects. However, if you have a strong team (experienced GC, architect, etc.), we may consider first-time developers.

Yes. If you don't already own the land, we can include land acquisition in the loan.

Cost overruns are your responsibility. That's why accurate budgeting with contingency (10-20%) is critical. We don't increase loans mid-project.

Yes. You'll need approved architectural plans and building permits before final loan approval.

Only if you're a licensed contractor with proven experience. Otherwise, we require a licensed, insured GC.
