Nothing contained in this User Agreement modifies, supersedes, or replaces the terms of that written agreement. Once a User signs the Capital Consulting and Facilitation Agreement, the obligations described in that document control. This website User Agreement does not create any commission obligation or binding fee liability on Users who have not executed such an agreement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the website in any manner that violates any law or regulation. You further agree not to interfere with the operation of the website, attempt to circumvent security measures, introduce harmful software, engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct, or attempt to access areas of the website or its servers not intended for public use.
